Pop Puzzle is a sorting game with a popping component. In a vast ocean, the player must sort and pop colorful discs presented on white pillars in mixed-color stacks. They must pop all discs before they run out of moves.
The game displays the number of moves in the upper-center area above the ocean. The stacks are different with each level. On one level, the player might only need to sort two colors across two stacks. On another level, they might need to stack six or more colors across three or more stacks.
The player creates mini stacks that contain three or more matching discs. Sometimes, the force from the popping causes a chain reaction. For example, when three matching discs pop in a stack, one or more color-matched discs at the top of another stack might pop as well. Additionally, if the player pops a mini stack that has non-matching discs atop it, one or more discs that drop through the gap onto matching lower discs might also pop.
Pop Puzzle's rules aren't set in stone. The popping force and any subsequent chain reactions might cause random discs in any stack to pop in place. Even if a chain reaction fails to pop discs, the game offers three tools for making the popping action easier.
Below the pillars, the player can use shuffle, bomb and hint options if they watch advertisements. They can also use ad views to continue with five additional moves any time they run out and fail a level.
